The Woodpecker ES5 is a dental electric micromotor system designed to power a range of surgical and restorative handpieces. It includes an independent water supply and saline line, supporting professional hygiene workflows during procedures such as periodontal procedures, apical procedures and tooth extractions. The 5-inch touch screen provides clear, separate displays for surgical and restorative modes, allowing improved control during operation. With stable operation and an integrated LED micromotor, the Woodpecker ES5 supports a streamlined workflow for everyday professional applications.

Features:

Dual mode functionality: Surgical mode (External saline) is compatible with handpieces in ratios of 1:1, 1:3, 1:4.2, and 1:5. Restorative mode (Internal water) is compatible with handpieces in ratios of 16:1, 1:1, 1:4.2, and 1:5
Water and saline supply: The device includes a 1000ml water tank suitable for distilled or treated water. It also features an external saline supply with sterilisable irrigation tubes, supporting professional hygiene workflows. Two external irrigation lines are available in autoclavable or single-use options
Touch screen interface: The 5-inch touch screen provides separate display screens for surgical and restorative modes, supporting improved user control
Handpiece compatibility: Compatible with LED light handpieces and includes adjustable speed ratios with eight pre-programmed settings
Stable operation: The brushless motor is designed to minimise vibration, heat and noise during use. It is also designed to help reduce aerosol generation and support efficient cutting performance
Cooling systems: External saline irrigation supports surgical applications such as crown work and sectioning. Internal water supply supports cooling during restorative tasks like trimming, tooth preparation and polishing
