VSDent may be required to contact you regarding shipping costs and arrangements if your order falls outside the scope of our standard courier service. Please note that if additional charges or arrangements are necessary for delivery, VSDent reserves the right to withhold dispatch until these have been confirmed. In such cases, you have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.Ā

- We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, with exceptions to orders placed at the weekend or on bank holidays, which are dispatched on the next working day.Ā
Delivered GoodsĀ
- Please note, you must inform VSDent of any shortages / missing items within 5 days from receiving your delivery.Ā
- You must inform VSDent of any faulty or damaged items within 10 days from receipt of goods.Ā
- You must inform/return any items to VSDent within 30 days of delivery, in a resalable condition, subject to our return Terms and Conditions.Ā

UK Domestic Shipping Options:
- Standard Delivery: Free for orders over Ā£50 (ex VAT).Ā
- Next-Day Delivery: Free on orders over Ā£50 (ex VAT).Ā
- Express Delivery: Available at an additional cost.Ā
International Shipping Charges:
- Ā£4.99 (Royal Mail First-Class Delivery without tracking)Ā
- Ā£9.99 (Royal Mail First-Class Delivery with tracking)Ā
- International Delivery Time: Typically, between 3-7 working days, depending on the destination.Ā
- Courier Partners: We work with trusted logistics partners, including Royal Mail, DHL, and Interlink.Ā
- DHL Courier Option: Available for faster delivery at additional charges.Ā
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next available working day.Ā

Return and Refund PolicyĀ
Disposal of Packaging Materials:
- We take efforts to ensure that your item is packaged well and delivered safe and as such, we take no responsibility for the packaging disposal, and any removal request for heavy equipment will involve a surcharge if we cover that postcode. The customer is liable for the safe disposal of packaging and any pallets used.
Ā General ReturnsĀ
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Youāll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- For the return: To start a return, you can contact us at sales@vsdent.com. Please have your invoice at hand and quote your invoice number and a brief description of your return's reason. If your return is accepted, weāll send instructions on how and where to send your package at your expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Ā
- You can always contact us for any return question at sales@vsdent.com.
Issues with Your Order (Damages & Faults)
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Products (Exceptions / Not Eligible for Return)
- Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.Ā
Replacing Your Product (Exchanges)

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.Ā
A restocking fee may be charged between 15-25% and any cost of the return of the goods to the company will be charged to the customer.
Refunds
- We will notify you once weāve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youāll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Ā
- To minimise the risk of contamination and for our colleagueās safety, please do not return used/opened PPE or contaminated equipment. If you are returning used equipment for repair/service, please ensure the item has been correctly sterilised before sending.
