Delivery Information
Delivery Zones
VSDent may be required to contact you regarding shipping costs and arrangements if your order falls outside the scope of our standard courier service. Please note that if additional charges or arrangements are necessary for delivery, VSDent reserves the right to withhold dispatch until these have been confirmed. In such cases, you have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

- We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, with exceptions to orders placed at the weekend or on bank holidays, which are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivered Goods
- Please note, you must inform VSDent of any shortages / missing items within 5 days from receiving your delivery.
- You must inform VSDent of any faulty or damaged items within 10 days from receipt of goods.
- You must inform/return any items to VSDent within 30 days of delivery, in a resalable condition, subject to our return Terms and Conditions.
Shipping Policy
UK Domestic Shipping Options:
- Standard Delivery (1–2 business days): Free for orders over £50 (ex VAT).
- Standard Delivery (1–2 business days): £4.99 for orders below £50 (ex VAT).
- Express Delivery (Next Day Delivery): Available at an additional cost (£9.99).
International Shipping Charges (Outside UK):
- £9.99 for orders below £100 (Royal Mail First-Class Delivery with tracking).
- £11.95 for orders above £100 (Royal Mail First-Class Delivery with tracking).
- International Delivery Time: Typically between 3–11 working days, depending on the destination.
- Courier Partners: We work with trusted logistics partners, including Royal Mail, DHL, and Interlink.
- DHL Courier Option: Available for faster delivery at additional charges.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next available working day.
- Log in to your VSDent account, navigate to the Orders section, select your order, and click Track Order to view its status.
Return and Refund Policy
Disposal of Packaging Materials
- We take efforts to ensure that your item is packaged well and delivered safely. We take no responsibility for the disposal of packaging materials, and any removal request for heavy equipment may involve a surcharge if covered within that postcode. The customer is responsible for the safe disposal of packaging and any pallets used.
General Returns
- Return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. We offer free returns, making the process simple and hassle-free.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, contact us at sales@vsdent.com. Please have your invoice ready and include your invoice number along with a brief description of the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Issues with Your Order (Damages & Faults)
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Non-Returnable Products (Exceptions)
- Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Replacing Your Product (Exchanges)
- The fastest way to receive the correct product is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.
A restocking fee of 15–25% may apply, and the cost of returning the goods to the company will be charged to the customer.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
- To minimise the risk of contamination and ensure the safety of our colleagues, please do not return used or opened PPE or contaminated equipment. If returning used equipment for repair or servicing, please ensure it has been properly sterilised before sending. If you have any questions, please contact our team by phone or email.
