Gingival Barrier - Gum Protection Syringe (2 g) | VSDent
Gingival barrier is a gum protection material used in many dental procedures. It is flexible, biocompatible and easy to apply. The barrier sticks strongly to the gingiva and protects against chemical, thermal and physical agents during treatments like whitening, acid etching, composite filling and laser application. Because it is hypoallergenic, there is a very low chance of irritation or allergic reaction. It looks clear and natural, with antimicrobial properties that lower infection risk. The barrier is light-cured to become elastic but still strong and can be removed easily after the procedure.
